The Hall of knights, the Gunpowder tower, the Battery hall, the Weapon house and Lasse-Maja's kitchen. On their own, the names of the rooms we can offer you take you far from everyday life. Carlstens Fortress accepts groups from 20 up to 1500 guests.
Maybe you will choose a four course Viking dinner where the guests eat from wooden planks and drink out of bullhorns. Maybe you will participate in a 18th century dinner where the meals are prepared by following our 300 year old recipes. Or why not spend time in the company of brave knights during a medieval evening? If you want something more traditional you should choose a Bohus-buffet or a three course dinner.

We will help you to arrange the kind of entertainment you desire: magicians, dance orchestras, disc jockeys or troubadours. If you want to stay over night we offer newly renovated double rooms and more Spartan rooms with six to ten beds in our fortess hotel. Of course we will arrange your trip here, 45 minutes by bus or two hours by boat from Gothenburg.
