Parking
At the
entrance to Marstrand-Koön you will see numerous signs for parking spaces.
The general idea is: The closer to the ferry you park, the more it costs…
During the winter season most of the parking spaces are free, see signs on
location for more facts.

The ferry
The
ferry between Koön and Marstrand operates all day round, all year round.
The ferry, which is named Lasse-Maja, takes you back and forth every 15
minutes during daytime and every half hour during nights, when summoned.
Tickets to the ferry are sold in the small booth right by the ferry. At
night, when the booth is closed, you can buy your tickets aboard the
ferry. The ticket costs 10 sek for children and 15 sek for adults, the
ticket is valid for a two-way ride. You need to stamp the ticket aboard
the ferry, and keep it for the ticket control.
Note! If you have arrived to Koön by bus, your bus ticket is also
valid for the two-way ferry ride, so you do not have to buy ferry tickets.
